3. Medical Services

3.1 Professional Services: All Ayurvedic treatments and consultations are provided by qualified BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) doctors and certified therapists.

3.2 Treatment Protocol: Treatment plans are personalized based on individual constitution (Prakriti) assessment and health conditions. Results may vary from person to person.

3.3 Medical History: Patients must provide complete and accurate medical history, including current medications, allergies, and pre-existing conditions.

3.4 Emergency Services: BestAyurveda Clinics provide Ayurvedic treatment and are not equipped for emergency medical services. In case of medical emergencies, please contact emergency services immediately.

4. Appointments & Consultations

4.1 Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or in-person at any clinic location.

4.2 Cancellation: Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4.3 No-Show Policy: Patients who fail to attend scheduled appointments without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee.

4.4 Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled subject to availability. Please provide at least 24 hours notice.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets.

5.2 Treatment Packages: Package prices are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

5.3 Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed appointments will be honored at the quoted price.

6.1 Franchise Agreement: Franchise opportunities are governed by a separate Franchise Agreement which must be signed by both parties.

6.2 Territory Rights: Franchise territory rights are defined in the Franchise Agreement and protected under Indian franchise laws.

6.3 Training & Support: Franchisees are required to complete mandatory training programs before commencing operations.

6.4 Brand Standards: All franchisees must maintain brand standards and follow established protocols for treatment and customer service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, formulations, treatment protocols, and materials on our website and in our clinics are the property of Best Ayurveda Clinics Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestAyurveda Clinic and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
